Please be advised that beginning June 8, 2020, most BIS transactions with the New York City Department of Buildings will have to be performed online through eFiling. the NYC DOB Service Notice “Mandatory Submission of all BIS Job Applications in eFiling to launch June 8, 2020” provides details along with information on web-based training sessions.  Please also see the Department’s updated FAQs as of May 18.
